Dover400 lecture series to celebrate city history Fosters Daily Democrat DOVER — Dover400, a committee of residents organizing Dover’s 400th anniversary, will host a historical lecture series in 2021 chronicling the city's past. Presentations will be be held at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month starting Jan. 12. Initially, they will be held virtually by video conference. The first session will pay tribute to the native people who occupied the region prior to colonization by white settlers.
