The intent of <a href="https://www.elcajon.gov/your-government/departments/parks-recreation/special-events/foodie-fest">Foodie Fest</a> is to reignite the City of El Cajon restaurant/food services industry while celebrating the community’s diversity, supporting a major local non-profit and increasing a presence in Downtown El Cajon.
