MOUNT DORA — A proposal for a parking structure in historic downtown Mount Dora was withdrawn last week, leaving the city without a solution to its parking problem once again. In May, the city council agreed to enter into negotiations with the developer, Downtown Parking Solution, for a multi-use parking garage project that would span the downtown block bordered by E. 3rd Avenue, Baker Street, N.
