Dover NH chamber to host 2021 State of the City forum

DOVER – The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce will host its annual State of the City forum Thursday, April 22 from 9 to 10 a.m. in an online format. The virtual event is free, but pre-registration is required at dovernh.org/SOTC.
The event, underwritten by Eversource, will take place via Zoom video conference with a livestream on the chamber’s Facebook page. It will also be recorded and made available through both the chamber and city websites. In addition to Eversource, the event is sponsored by Newburyport Bank.
The forum will feature Assistant City Manager and Director of Planning and Strategic Initiatives Christopher G. Parker, who will discuss the city s master plan, why master plans are critical for municipalities, and how Dover approaches the process. Additional speakers include Mayor Robert Carrier and Kevin McEneaney, chairman of Dover’s 400th Anniversary Committee. ....
