Michael Sandrock: The restoration of meditation
I was running along a mountain trail after a group meditation near the Allen Ginsberg memorial atop Marpa Point when I found myself in the midst of a beautiful grove of aspens, bathed in yellow from the warm fall sun. The atmosphere changed as I ran through, with a sense of calmness sweeping through the grove like a refreshing breeze. I paused, taking in the crisp fall Colorado air, the blue sky, the yellow aspen.
