14th, honolulu, start, may 14th. and factor tip of the day, when i lived in london, england, everybody drank tea but me, that rhymes, no tea for me. in the morning i always drink water, once in a while some coffee. but i also read an article about the japanese culture where tea is a very big deal. so i bought some japanese tea and now i drink it every morning. it tastes terrible, terrible, but i put a little honey in it, so it is bearable. however, the japanese tea has helped me physically. it is a calming influence, i know i don't show it sometimes, but it is. all right? so i am now recommend...
