Lukonde was appointed premier of DRC in February 2021.
The DRC president-elect took oath for the second term and told Congolese ‘I’m aware of your expectations’.
DR Congo's Constitutional Court on Tuesday approved Felix Tshisekedi's election for a second term, saying he won 73.47 percent of votes in the long turbulent country.
Tshisekedi got 73.47 percent of vote during a December 20 election, the court said.
