Des Moines Register NEWTON, Ia. — Iowa Speedway has seen its share of crashes since opening in 2006, just none like what happened here Tuesday. The Midwest Association of Technical Accident Investigators spent most of the morning running passenger vehicles into farm equipment on the infield of the speedway.
