Cheryl Jean Balcer, 71, of Superior, WI passed away Friday, September 8, 2023. She was born March 29, 1952. She graduated from Superior Senior High School and the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Cheryl is survived by her husband Richard Balcer, children: Charleen (Troy) Rowekamp, Chad Balcer, Shelley (Stephen) Brown, grandchildren: Courtney and Sydney, and her beloved pets.
