In an emergency meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners, a resolution declaring an emergency in the county was approved unanimously by Commissioners. The resolution declares Lincoln County a disaster area, allowing for the exercise of "necessary emergency powers and the expenditure of available resources," the resolution reads.
