Abu Dhabi: A new 1.4km bridge that will connect Bur Dubai to Dubai Islands is scheduled to be completed by 2026.
Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has signed an agreement with Dubai master developer Nakheel to construct direct entrances and exits to the Dubai Islands project from Bur Dubai. The bridge spans 1,425 metres with four lanes in each direction.
