Elias Recovery Efforts are underway after a trench collapse at a Housing Development this morning. it happened around 8 am near 5th avenue and andentureland drive in altoona. Rescue crews were called to help a construction worker after the trench collapsed on him. Elias again this is now a recovery effort. Local 5s Claire Powell is out at the site now claire .
