The Nation's Report Card shows decline in test scores for Minnesota, Wisconsin
Nationwide, test scores for fourth and eighth graders are down significantly. Many attribute the decline to the pandemic, but distance learning and homeschooling has led to parents being able to notice learning issues with their children.
