Cappinnis Pizza sells out on first day of trading in Dursley
Cappinnis Pizza opened its doors on Silver Street and welcomed customers old and new. The business is headed up by Dylan Cappinni, who started a takeaway pizza business in his back garden four years ago. At first he began hosting pizza parties for his friends and family, and then he decided to turn his cooking into a business, with pop-up pizza nights at the Old Fox in Coaley and the Prince Albert in Stroud. At the start of the pandemic he offered a take away service from his home in Cam, but things got a bit hectic with his children at home, so he decided it was time to branch out.
