Dec 22, 2020 LISBON — In county Municipal Court. Codey A. Mobley, 26, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of burglary, a second-degree felony; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; escape, a second-degree felony; and two counts of resisting arrest.
