Dec 22, 2020 LISBON — In county Municipal Court. Codey A. Mobley, 26, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of burglary, a second-degree felony; domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; escape, a second-degree felony; and two counts of resisting arrest. A jury trial was scheduled Feb. 3 for Mobley, who is also facing prior charges from August of aggravated menacing, criminal damaging, criminal trespassing and domestic violence. Cody A. Lawson, 24, Youngstown, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on a grand theft charge, a fourth-degree felony. Lawson is alleged to have stolen a vehicle from Dylan Mayfield, who had left it running to warm up on Dec. 17.
