Officer Haled Saleh, Officer Dylan Yost, and Sergeant Timothy Lomax responded to the report of shots fired at a party on West Cherry Street in the early morning hours of April 11. On April 11, Sergeant Tim Lomax and two fellow officers responded to reports of a large party on Cherry street, just before 3:00AM and discovered a gunshot victim.
