Blackburn businessmen brothers acquire commercial storage company in major expansion
Two East Lancashire brothers have acquired a major commercial storage business as part of a company-wide expansion. Neil and David Clemson from Blackburn bought the commercial storage business, K2 Storage Solutions, from Rossendale-based E. Sutton Group, transferring 14 staff in the process. The transaction, which includes the acquisition of a 105,000sq ft high bay warehouse at Shuttleworth Mead Business Park near Burnley was completed just before Christmas.
