GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. Leeds West Groups (LWG) has acquired three Big O Tires outlets in Oklahoma from MFA Oil Co., which continues to operate 19 Big O stores in Missouri and Arkansas.
LWG is taking over Big O stores in Enid, Mustang and Norman, Okla., expanding its network of Big O outlets to 31 locations in six states Colorado, Kentucky, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma and Texas.
Financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed. Separately, LWG is buying the real estate for the Norman store from MFA Oil, a Columbia, Mo.-based farm co-op whose primary business is oil distribution. ....
