据路透社报道，美国众议院外交事务委员会的共和党人当地时间28日表示，他们反对民主党牵头的旨在提高与中国的竞争力并在人权方面施压中国的法案，这意味着该委员会本周可能会在只有民主党支持的情况下推进这一法案。
