Ever since The Good Life, a BBC sitcom about dreamers Tom and Barbara Good embarking on a life of self-sufficiency, became a success back in the 1970s, the phrase “the good life” has become a sort of shorthand to describe anyone who has slightly stepped back from the rat race. And it’s hard not to apply it to interior designer Ciara Jordan and her businessman husband Eamonn Cullen.
