Ann Sinclair was traveling west on Country Club Road (Route 4) on August 21 when she was hit by an eastbound Jeep Wrangler driven by Cody Michaud, 32, of Sanford, according to police.
At the time of the crash, police said Michaud was driving his Jeep Wrangler East on Country Club Road near the intersection of Channel Lane around 7:30 a.m.
Police say Ann Sinclair, 32, died after her car was struck head-on by Cody Michaud's Jeep Wrangler on Country Club Road in Sanford.
A Sanford man is charged with manslaughter, following a car accident that killed a Wells woman in August of 2022.
