A case has been dropped against a Hillsdale employee who hit and seriously injured a Fox 2 photojournalist with a city truck after a grand jury failed to indict him.
Hillsdale’s top government official was in the passenger seat at the time of the incident, and Fox2 cited an accident report stating “Mayor” Dorothy Moore instructed the defendant to drive.
