South Swindon Parish Council has been busy addressing litter problems by installing new bins around the area. New waste disposals have popped up at the junction of Hanbury Road and Knowsley Road in Park South, the Collard Close Bus Stop in East Wichel, the Magic Roundabout/Shrivenham Road Junction, Quarry Road in Old Town, the Greenham Walk Bus Stop on Marlow Avenue in East Walcot, and two bins at the County Ground Open Space in the Town Centre. South Swindon Parish Council vice-chair Janine Howarth said: “Keeping South Swindon tidy is a key part of what the parish council does. ....
