The Red Bluff boys wrestling team took home second place at the Eastern Athletic League Championships on Saturday at Pleasant Valley's Varley Gym. The Spartans girls squad, despite not being able to field a full team, took home third.
The Chico High boys finished first with 248.5 points, followed by Red Bluff (148), Pleasant Valley (136.5), Shasta (133.5), Foothill (48) and Enterprise (39). The Chico High girls team finished first with 166 points, followed by Pleasant Valley (127), Red Bluff (85), Shasta (44), Enterprise (28) and Foothill (28).
