Just a few months into his tenure as Pike County Sheriff, Tracy Evans had the opportunity to showcase another side of his life for fifth grade students at Eastern Local Schools. For those fifth graders, the school day began Tuesday morning with an 8 a.m. assembly featuring Evans and his bluegrass band, “Evans Brothers and Highway 52”.
