The Global Terrorism Index has retracted its earlier announcement ranking the Indigenous People of Biafra as the 10th deadliest terror

In this region marked by the Biafran war, some feel they are finally represented by a candidate, Peter Obi, while others reject the ballot as a whole and call for a referendum on self-determination.
