With an Idaho potato harvest kick-off during the week of Aug. 8, Idaho Falls, ID-based Wada Farms is seeing what Director of Marketing Eric Beck termed an “unprecedented” market this 2022-23 season. Beck, who said in mid-September the grower-shipper operation was in “full force harvesting in all growing areas,” commented on current market conditions and demand.
With a wide array of products to share the spotlight in booth No. 710 at 2022’s Southern Exposure, Wada Farms’ leadership and sales team members are eager to resume the great networking opportunities the Orlando show provides. Wada Director of Marketing Eric Beck cited the Southeast Produce Council’s annual springtime convention and expo as a key event for the produce industry and said this year’s shows are especially important.
