BUSINESS owners have warned people will lose their firms and homes as the newly announced Tier 3 rules decimate the hospitality industry. Under Tier 3 restrictions, hospitality venues, such as bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants must close but can open to offer takeaways. Accommodation such as hotels, B&Bs and guest houses have to shut. And many venues now fear a tough Christmas with no trade across vast parts of Essex.
