Prosecutor wants court to deny new DNA testing in West Memphis Three case
Damien Echols' request that evidence from the West Memphis Three case be submitted for new DNA testing doesn't meet the requirements under Arkansas Act 1780 of 2001, Prosecuting Attorney Keith L. Chrestman wrote in a Crittenden County Circuit Court filing on Tuesday.
