New Section 301 Exclusion Process for Chinese Products Announced
USTR announced a new Section 301 exclusion process that permits importers to apply for relief from Section 301 duties on certain imports from China, which range from 7.5% to 25%. The range of exclusions available under the new procedures is very limited.
