BET.com: How similar are you and your character Jade? Meagan: I think one of the biggest things is the sister dynamic. She's very much a fierce protector of me, but I'm also very much a protector of her and in a totally different way. I would do anything for her. That dynamic was probably the thing that I related to the most and felt most natural. As far as Jade herself, I feel Jade just wants to be a happy person and add something good into the world, so, there were definitely things that I related to about her.
