Wicked Local PLYMOUTH – In a web video released Tuesday, Jesse Brown, 43, of Plymouth, announced he would challenge Rep. Bill Keating, D-Bourne, in the 9th Congressional District. A native of Taunton, Brown served four years in the Marine Corps where he attained the rank of sergeant.
