Cutler stepped down from his administrative role on March 12. His resignation took effect immediately, according to a letter from Cutler provided by Village Mayor Brian Titus.
Johnson, during his speech, said that Painesville Credit Union is getting ready to break ground on construction of a new branch office in the village.
"2023 was similar to 2022 in North Perry Village as we continued our theme of change," Acting Mayor Brian Titus said.
