A Lincoln man was sentenced on Thursday for sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl in 2016.
Randy Abbott, 30, pleaded no contest and was found guilty by Judge Susan Strong. He was sentenced to six to 12 years for second-degree sexual assault of a child.
