Place North West | Anwyl hands over trio of North Wales schemes
Sarah Townsend The housebuilder has completed projects totalling almost 100 homes, under contracts worth £10m on behalf of social housing provider ClwydAlyn. The three apartment schemes are the redevelopment of the Boars Head pub in Ewloe, the Edelweiss hotel in Colwyn Bay and the site of the Albion hotel and social club in Connah’s Quay. The former public house and hotels had all been left unoccupied for several years and were in need of regeneration, according to Anwyl Partnerships.
