Jacob Coffey was driving home from a country concert at nearly twice the speed limit when he allegedly drove his Jeep through a red light and struck a car driven by Luke Roux, a recent Farmington High School graduate who was killed in the crash, according to the arrest warrant obtained by the Hartford Courant on Tuesday.
Luke Roux was just two miles away from home and two months away from starting his adult life at the University of Connecticut when another vehicle collided with his on a summer night in Farmington, cutting his young life short. Roux will be remembered by family and friends at services on Thursday and Friday.
