Seven government schools in the Belagavi educational district are all set to embrace the Pradhan Mantri Schools for Rising India (PM SHRI) scheme initiated by the central government. A total of 100 schools had applied from the district to be enrolled under PM SHRI. Of these, only seven have made the cut.
