Attracting new students to enroll in two- and four-year colleges is a struggle that’s going to get even harder as the population of graduating high school seniors takes a dive off the so-called “enrollment cliff” in the next few years. But SUNY is optimistic it can boost enrollment on its 64 campuses across the state, according to a 72-page progress report released earlier this month.
