The University of Louisiana Monroe Educators Rising program, and the School of Education are proud to host the Louisiana Educators Rising State Conference on February 29, 2024. The conference is anticipated to host 700 attendees including participants, presenters, competition judges, and volunteers. The theme of the 2024 state conference is “Discover Your Legacy.” The Educators Rising State Conference committee is currently accepting session proposals and competition registrations through January 19, 2024.

The University of Louisiana Monroe hosted the second annual Educators Rising Campus Day on Thursday, April 6, 2023, in The Hangar on the second floor of the ULM SUB. Over 200 students, administrators, and personnel from eight school districts and 11 partner high schools learned more about being professional educators. Partner school districts in attendance included Caldwell, DeSoto, Franklin, Madison, Monroe City, Morehouse, Ouachita, and Richland.
