Feb 27, 2021 Marcella J. “Marty” Galligher, 90, a resident of Hughesville, formerly of Montgomery, passed away very peacefully on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021 in the Gatehouse at Williamsport. Born Wednesday, Oct. 22, 1930 in Welliverville, Columbia Co., she was a daughter of the late Horace and Maude (Johnson) Welliver. Marcella was the widow of Donald C. Galligher who preceded her in death on September 4, 1985. She was a 1948 graduate of West Chillisquaque High School.
