1921: ‘Hands off Thornden!’ Syracuse rallies to preserve its city park from building project Posted May 09, 2021 The interior of the amphitheater at Thornden Park in Syracuse. The park is the second largest in the city built around 1921 after a purchase from a wealthy land owner. The park has Swimming pool (50 m), One multi-purpose field,five tennis courts,three basketball courts a playground a fitness trail the E.M.
