According to her manager, the actress was taken to Cedarssinai Medical Center in los angeles on wednesday for heart problems. She died last night surrounded by friends and family. Henderson starred in every single episode of all five seasons of the brady bunch which first aired in 1969. Carol brady and the rest of her brood returned in various forms over the decades.
