Attorneys Marshall Cole and David Merrill submitted a case against Scott Sibella and World Las Vegas to the U.S. District Court on October 9.

A six-count lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court names former Resorts World President and Chief Operating Officer Scott Sibella, who was fired by the company in September.

Robert 'RJ' Cipriani filed the suit on Monday, naming the casino as well as former executive Scott Sibella, who was fired last month after Resorts World said he had 'violated company policies'.
