Thought of being a thug. Because a white man shooting a black person it is thought he has mental problems and ptsd and they are saying they want some clarity on that. They are saying why was he a guy on the west side on the east side getting in an accident with a woman and shooting her while her hands were up. I talked to khalid about that.
