Elastic Community Conference updates + CfP extended to January 22

We're only two weeks into January, and we have already received 100 presentation submissions for ElasticCC — more than 20 in APJ (Asia-Pacific/Japan) and almost 40 in both EMEA (Europe/Middle East/Africa) and NASA (North/South America). That's an amazing start, and we still have room for some more. Since we know how hard it is to get started after the holidays, we’re extending the Call for Presentations (CfP) until Friday, January 22, at 23:59 UTC.
