The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) says preparations for the 2023 general election are largely being concluded as preliminary deployments are already underway.
Mr Yakubu was at Chatham House, London, on Tuesday to speak about the commission's preparations for Nigeria's 2023 general elections.
Mr Yakubu said apart from BVAS and IReV portals to be used in voter accreditation and result viewing during the election, INEC would deploy other technologies to ensure a credible and transparent elections.
