Important when we formed this office was we wanted to be accountable and the help of julie chan. We really approached this with a top intervention model and find out through d and f list exactly what students need what rather than throwing a huge fishing net out there trying to grab whatever we can and we go at it in a more targeted intervention way and work smarter rather than harder even though we work hard but we also try to work hard as well.
