The Cisne FFA Parliamentary Procedure team of Abigail Biggs, Emily Milner, Noah Atwood, Kevin Hyder, Avery Smith, and Isabella Cline won the Illinois FFA State Parliamentary Procedure Leadership Development Event held May 5th at Illinois Central College in Peoria. Illinois State Police investigated an accident Friday morning that resulted in the death of an Illinois man.  The accident occurred on I-64 eastbound at milepost 128.5 in Gray Township in White County.  According to police, 45-year-old Aaron K. Enoch of Pickerington, OH was driving a semi in the right lane of the interstate and a pedestrian was walking in the same area.  For unknown reasons, the pedestrian stepped into the lane of traffic directly into Enoch’s semi.  The pedestrian was identified as 36-year-old Dustin T.
