Helena Public Schools proposed an elementary general fund levy as a part of the district's goal of maintaining the programs it has, while providing "safer and healthier" learning environments.
A Mount Helena trail to be rerouted off private property will also be renamed as the Eric Feaver Trail, in honor of the late commissioner.
